About
We are Rob and Annelore and our 4 children (Roeland aged 12, Virginie aged 11 and our twins Willem-Frederick and Elizabeth aged 10). Together with our two dogs Luc and Bea we have been living in Austria since August 2021.
After a few months of searching, we found our dream property in Untervellach, a part of Hermagor. It has everything we want. A beautiful garden, more than enough space for us and our guests, the typical Austrian balconies with flowers and a view to say nothing of.
In addition, the location is top. Just 5 minutes from the Presseggersee, less than fifteen minutes from the Nassfeld ski area with 110 km of slopes and close to Hermagor, a pleasant town where you will find everything you need.
In addition, we have both train and bus stops less than 50 meters from our front door, so you can reach us very easily, even if you don't come by car.

In the sunniest valley of Carinthia, the Gailtal. A stone's throw from the Presseggersee and less than fifteen minutes from Nassfeld, the adventure mountain and also the largest ski area in Carinthia.
Hermagor is a 5-minute drive away, the cities of Villach and Klagenfurt are 30 and 55 minutes away by car respectively. If you cross the border, you will be in Ljubljana (Slovenia) within an hour and a half and in 3 hours you will be on St. Mark's Square in Venice.
Within walking distance you will find 2 good restaurants.
